Once again our annual fundraising event was great fun at the West Vancouver Yacht Club on November 19th, 2011! The Silent Auction items included dive gear, huge dive trips, dive training and more! Even the raffle prizes were outstanding. Neil McDaniel put on an excellent presentation about his dive expedition to the Bowie Seamount and several artists displayed their beautiful crafts. Book authors and local photographers were on hand to sign their latest images and printed material. 2011 marked the third year for the event, with plans for the 2012 show already in the works.

The Dive Industry Association of British Columbia (DIABC) would like to welcome you and your family to our beautiful Province. We pride ourselves in offering some of the most unique diving in the world. Within our emerald paradise you will find giant Pacific octopus, huge wolf eels, six gill sharks, soft corals, immense clusters of yellow and white cloud sponge and large red sea fans. For shipwrecks we have several 366' long retired Navy ships scuttled as artificial reefs, dozens of natural and historic wrecks and underwater parks with enhancements to attract critters. Each coastal dive destination is very different above and below the water.
